Women’s Health, Wellness and Life Transitions
Leslie is an expert in physical and mental wellbeing as well as navigating life transitions. Her work helps clients transform, restore and reach their highest potential. In addition to Leslie’s experience as a trauma informed psychotherapist for over 20 years she has continued her work as a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Classical Pilates Instructor. She incorporates lifestyle changes and mind body interventions into her work with women to address both mental and physical wellbeing.
Leslie specializes in psychotherapy services addressing women’s issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment to change and relationship issues. She uses traditional talk therapy, guided imagery, journaling and yoga/gentle movement where appropriate.
